Cold Starter

1.      Smoked Salmon & North Atlantic Prawns  - Served with baby leaf rocket salad drizzled with a horseradish cream sauce.

2.      Prawns Cocktail - Served on a bed of mixed leaf lettuce and homemade marie rose sauce.

3.      Mussels - Cooked in a rich white wine garlic sauce served on ciabatta bread

4.      Calamari - Marinated deep fried Calamari served a homemade tartar & Marie rose sauce.

Main Fish Dishes

5.    Fresh Salmon - Fresh Scottish baked fillet of salmon stuffed with North Atlantic prawns, mixed herbs, served on a bed of sautéed potatoes red peppers & onion with a vergine sauce.

6.    Sea Bass - Pan fried fillet of Sea Bass, served with red bell peppers new potatoes & onions, with a Cherry tomato sauce.

7.    Calamari - Marinated deep fried Calamari served with rice, chips, side salad and homemade tartar & Marie rose sauce

8.    Grilled Swordfish Steak - Served with new potatoes, wilted spinach and asparagus with a vierge olive oil lemon and parsley sauce

Desserts

9.    Eton Mess - Traditional English dessert consisting of a mixture of strawberries, pieces of meringue and cream.

10.    Baklava - Traditional Greek dessert made from layers of filo pastry, crushed nuts, honey and cinnamon syrup.

11.    Cheesecake - Served with a winter berry compote

12.    Chocolate Cake - Served with a chocolate sauce & cream.

13.    Greek Yoghurt - Served with crushed nuts & honey.

14.    Ice Cream - with wafers and chocolate sauce.

15.    Galatouporeko - Filo pastry filled with homemade custard with an orange and cinnamon syrup
